Helped Group Pestana develop their invest-hotel concept at their Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel in London. The objective was to enable them to sell a third of their room stock to help finance development.

The programme had such strong initial take-up that their bank offered to finance the rest of the development and the scheme was abandoned.
