Roanhead is a 263 acre (107 ha) greenfield site on the Furness Peninsular, South Lakeland with 230 lodges proposed in Phase 1.
Bragg & Co is acting as part of the development team with hospitality sector expert Andrew Coutts of ILM and Tim McCann of designTM ltd.
For 18 months we have helped the owners to prepare the pre-app and the planning application, which was submitted in February 2023.
Bragg & Co was heavily involved during this period with the project’s product proposition, lodge mix, construction strategy and lodge manufacturer selection, resort masterplanning, amenity planning and operator selection.
We are currently supporting the business planning, financial modelling and underwriting to help raise Phase 1 working capital.
